Exel hair and beauty is a small independent company and was opened in 1991 by Julie Pullen. After working for many years at Essanelle situated in House of Fraser Sheffield Julie Pullen and Rachael Slator decided to create a salon with town professionalism and expertise that offers both hair and beauty services without town prices.
Our core belief is to BE PROFESSIONAL BE RELIABLE, BE FRIENDLY.
